Fire Watch Services, Inc merges with East Coast Fire Protection, Inc
RICHMOND – East Coast Fire Protection, Inc and Fire Watch Services, Inc have announced they are merging their operations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Fire Watch Services, Inc is a privately held fire protection services company located in Springfield, VA. It will mark the 10th location for ECFP. Combining Fire Watch’s operations with ECFP’s offices in Chantilly and Baltimore extends the overall footprint within the greater Washington, DC market.
Commenting on the merger, James Toups, President and Chief Executive Officer of ECFP stated, “We are delighted that Fire Watch is joining the team at East Coast. East Coast Fire Protection has approximately 900 employees across ten locations from Maryland to Florida.
