Fire and Life Safety America merges with Universal Sprinkler, Inc
RICHMOND – Fire and Life Safety America and Universal Sprinkler, Inc have announced they are merging their operations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Universal Sprinkler, Inc is a privately held fire protection services company with locations in Houston, TX, and San Antonio, TX.
James Toups, President and Chief Executive Officer of Fire and Life Safety America had this to say, "We are very pleased to announce the purchase of Universal Sprinkler."

The combined company will have approximately 1,800 employees across 14 locations in 6 states.
